Dr. Joseph Mullins, NSF grant winner, has been scientific director and research coordinator at Agrotec Analytical Laboratories for the last 24 years.

After obtaining his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, he has been dedicated to development and improvement of analytical assays and the interpretation of results for biological and non-biological substances.

He is currently collaborating internationally with several multinational firms on research and development projects.
