Bill received his Ph.D. in horticulture and has been directly involved in the national and international horticultural industries.

He was director of technical service, analytical service, and quality control for a major soilless mix and peat manufacturing company.

He also holds a law degree and is an inactive member of the Georgia Bar Association.

“Dr. Bill” is a horticultural consultant to the soilless mix industry, the fertilizer industry, and to commercial growers.
