QAL has a 10,952 sq. ft. facility with approximately 4,154 sq. ft. of parking and docking. The facility has been divided into three primary areas: an administrative area of 1,303 sq. ft., 5,200 sq. ft. of laboratories, and 295 sq. ft. of support utility areas.
The laboratory has three main laboratory areas with a fume hood system in each, two specialized analytical rooms, two sample preparation rooms with walled in grinding facilities, a sample receiving area, two storage rooms, and a maintenance area.
The laboratory assay areas are the following:

- Organic chemistry area
- Inorganic chemistry area
- Plant pathology area
- Sample preparation and grinding areas
